A family business based in Winchester in the UK, the core team is led by Lynda and James Guiney.
James, himself a leading coach is technical director and ensures practical performance is at the core of every design.
Project director, Lynda, has more than 15 years in leadership roles in real estate asset management as a senior financial analyst and project analyst in London and later Zurich. Her attention to detail and the technical and project management ensures Swiss Strength delivers most exceptional gyms on time and to budget.

Our offices in Winchester, UK, have 5,500 sq ft of gym space – fully fitted with world-class gym equipment from Atlantis Strength Canada, which has been perfecting strength equipment for over 40 years.
